BREAKDOWN SERVICE
Fault diagnosis, whether electrical or mechanical, is what we do. We will advise you on the best course of action, make necessary repairs and stick around until your machine tool is working at its best again.
GEOMETRIC ALIGNMENTS
Your machine tool will need aligning from time to time due to bumps and bangs, our Engineers will realign and reset to get you running efficiently again in no time.
SERVICING
We recommend that your Machine Tool is serviced annually. We offer service contracts or one off servicing to suit your needs.
ONSITE SPINDLE AND LIVE TOOLING GEARBOX REBUILDS
Spindle bearings and live tooling bearings fail, from time to time, due to coolant ingress or general wear and tear. You can rely on our Engineers to rebuild onsite.
DECOMMISSION AND INSTALLATION
We offer machine decommissioning and installation,
